Downloads tagged draft are new translations that have not yet been checked by a qualified speaker. The wording is complete and the scoring is unchanged from the English original, but please do not print or distribute them in a clinic until they have been reviewed.
Review a draft. If you read any of the languages marked draft above, checking one is quicker than starting from scratch, and it is the help we need most right now. A two-page checklist takes about twenty minutes. We are not asking you to proofread: the question is whether the wording sounds right to a parent reading it in a waiting room, and whether anything would be misunderstood.
Translate a new language. HANS works with individuals and organizations to translate these materials so they can be distributed more widely. If your language is missing, or you would like to work on a fresh translation, we would like to hear from you.
